JKM Design Consortium was established in 1996 by Architects with more than four decades of professional experience in restructuring operations with a view to improving the quality of services and expanding the area of activity. JKMDC Architects, design unique buildings which respond to the site, context, climate, and client’s requirements.
JKMDC also does retrofitting of buildings, after a building's construction and occupation, retrofitting work entails modifying or repairing the structure system. As a result of this work, the structure's safety and durability have improved. These retrofit ordinances are designed to create safer buildings for people to live and work in while reducing the public's concern about what will happen when the next earthquake strikes.
